Taste of Italy: Sicily

Sicily represents the southern most area of Italy. If you ask many Sicilians they will say they are Sicilian not Italian. Here the focus of the cuisine is on seafood and light pastas, olive oil and citrus and briny foods. There are three regions but similar food are found in all the regions: Val di Mazara, Val di Noto, Val Demone.

Course I - Arancini
Course II - Pasta Con Sarde
Course III - Grilled Swordfish with olives, capers, fresh Lemon and olive oil
Course IV - Cannoli
