Southern Italy consists of the following regions: Calabria, Puglia, Campania, Abruzzo, Basilicata. Known for its focus on lighter cuisine, you’ll find pastas with olive oil, spicy cured meats, and fresh seafood. We will highlight a few of the many popular dishes.
